LOCUST 'THE ILLAGERS' ARMY A complete enemy appearance and English voice bundle for Gears of War: E-Day. DOWNLOAD ALL SEVEN NUMBERED PARTS OF v0.4.0. They are pieces of one complete release, not optional variants. The site scans each part separately because the complete army is larger than its per-file limit. THE ROSTER - Rifle, Shotgunner and Advanced Shotgunner Drones become Pillagers. - Advanced Rifle Drones become raid captains with a rigid banner on their back. - Unarmed Drones and Scorched Rushers become Vindicators. - Scorched Chosen become Evokers. - Standard/Scorched Boomers get larger Pillager heads and block arms, with a deeper Illager voice. - Svore Vraahk gets the refined hooked side horn, uneven three-spike crest, fitted shoulder caps and a block arm cannon mounted to the native attachment. Gameplay and cinematic meshes are included, with all four detail levels. His cinematic saw remains. VOICES English enemy dialogue, hurt, effort and death reactions are replaced. Boomers and Vraahk use deeper voices. Vraahk includes 914 dialogue replacements and 1,337 combat/effort sounds, preserving native timings, sample rates and channel counts, including stereo cinematic dialogue. GAMEPLAY This changes appearance and audio. Health, AI, attacks, weapon behavior, boss phases and campaign objectives are retained. Ten body meshes are converted. Other enemy types, cosmetic skins, gibs, gore caps and some execution pieces remain original. BETA STATUS The creator's gameplay checks confirmed Drone faces/arms and enemy audio in tested encounters. Boomers, Vraahk, banner captains, gore transitions and the refined boss attachments still need a complete in-game pass. Report the enemy, scene and what happened if you find an issue. Free unofficial fan mod. No affiliation or permission claim. Native model previews show retained armor in gray; they are not gameplay screenshots.

Install & remove

COMPLETE INSTALL 1. Close E-Day and set spoken dialogue to English in Steam. 2. Download ALL SEVEN numbered v0.4.0 ZIP files from this page. Each is required. 3. Extract every ZIP into one folder. You should have 21 native .pak/.utoc/.ucas files. 4. Steam > E-Day > Manage > Browse local files. Open FairlightConcept\Content\Paks\~mods (create ~mods if missing). 5. If upgrading an old private Illager prototype, remove its IllagerLocust files first. In particular, remove the old IllagerLocust_Vraahk_P.pak/.utoc/.ucas trio. This release separates the boss models and voice containers. 6. Copy ALL 21 native files into ~mods together, then launch normally through Steam. No extra mod loader or installer is required. Never replace original pakchunk/global files. REMOVE Close E-Day and remove only the IllagerLocust files listed in INSTALL-REMOVE.txt, included in every part. Keep unrelated mods. The seven parts contain Drones/models, Drone audio, variant voices, Boomers, Vraahk models, Vraahk dialogue and Vraahk effort sounds. Use all parts from the same version. Do not combine with other mods replacing these enemies or their audio.

Requirements

Gears of War: E-Day, Steam PC build 25922417, English spoken dialogue. All seven v0.4.0 parts are required for the complete army. No additional loader, script or paid dependency. Other editions, languages, multiplayer and newer game patches are not verified. Remove previous manual Illager prototypes before upgrading. The separate Bravo 'The Villagers' Squad mod is not required.
